In times when we all understand the labels before buying anything to eat, it is extremely important to know it all about what to eat and what not! In the run to make wise choices in our diet, we end up making some glaring mistakes without knowing the good and the bad of specific foods. Like adding butter on bread, sauces in pasts and oil in potatoes are the primary culprits.

TIP: Go for wheat bread, brown rice and wheat pasts and refrain from adding fat to these. Instead of cheese, add tomatoes to a pasta dish and a hung curd dip on your bread, in place of butter.

TIP: Do not eat everything in the day time. Keep a specific calorie count for dinner as well. What stalls weight loss when you eat all the necessary calories for dinner in the day time. Eat well-defined proportionate meals.

Being Overweight Comes With Genes

Most of us blame our genes to be fat, but it is the lifestyle, which has a powerful impact on our body weight. It does have a specific impact, but nothing cannot be changed by following a strict and active lifestyle. Inheriting fat genes from parents can be true, but one has to carefully work towards losing the extra weight as per the body type.

TIP: Make conscious changes in your lifestyle to see the difference. Exercise regularly, eat well and do not sit idle. Keep moving for maximum productivity and energy for the day.
