Only deep and worry-free sleep can overcome most stress diseases. Matthew Walker, a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, claims to prove this by his experiment. They reported that non-rapid eye movement sleep provides light sleep and rest to the body. Non-REM sleep is taken after rapid eye movement sleep. It is sleep before waking up. In this sleep, people see dreams.
People's brains were scanned during REM and non-REM sleep. Scans from MRI and polysomnography reveal that the medial prefrontal cortex of the brain has stopped functioning due to overnight sleeplessness. Stopping the functioning of the medial prefrontal cortex affects other parts and they have to tolerate a range of changes such as anxiety and stress.

A lot of problems can be cured by a complete sleep
But the good news is that by getting enough sleep, the prefrontal mechanism recovers. EB Simon, a postdoctoral fellow at Berkeley University's Center for Human Sleep Science and lead author of the study, believes that its re-activation stops anxiety. Not only this, because of sleeplessness, the risk of heart attack, stroke and other heart diseases also increases. Deep sleep: Temperature of the room
Although you are at home all day now, some measures can be adopted to get good sleep such as room temperature (it affects sleep). One cannot sleep properly if it is too hot or too cold. The room temperature should be kept under control by room heater or cooler etc.
