Taking 15-30 ml decoction of chirata herb, dry ginger and Guduchi increases hunger. This herb is excellent for those who are looking at increasing their weight naturally. Further, it also enhances gut health and increases the digestive power.
If you feel more thirsty than usual, consuming chirata is beneficial. For treating dehydration, make a concoction of guduchi, coriander and take it in 10-20 ml quantity at a time.
Good For the Eyes
Preserve pipal leave paste, sauviranjan and chirata together for a week. Once preserved, grind all these ingredients with citron fruit. Store the paste in a box or a container and apply it as kajal or mascara. This proves to be extremely beneficial for the eyes.
Beneficial in Diarrhea
If you suffer from stomach related issues and diarrhoea, mix honey in 2-4 grams of chirata powder and take it at regular intervals. Chirata herb helps in bettering the digestive system and the resistence of the body towards the disease and illness.

For Jaundice and Anemia
For those suffering from jaundice or anaemia, chirata makes for an excellent Ayurvedic remedy. Make a decoction of adusa, chirata, kutki, Triphala, giloy and neem bark. Drinking honey mixed with 15-20 ml of this mixture is beneficial in treating jaundice and anaemia. However, before taking any Ayurvedic remedy, one should co consult a doctor to check if there are any chances of side effects.
Benefits For Skin Diseases
Take equal quantity of chirata, lodhra, Chandan, duralabha, dry ginger, lotus. Along with this, take saffron, nilkamal, bahera, mulethi and nagakeshar. Mix all of this and make it in a powdered form. Mix 25 gms of powder in 200 ml water and put it on the boil. Reduce the water and drink 5-10 ml of it in one g. It provides relief in erysipelas.
Provides Relief From Back Pain
Neck and back are common problems faced by millennials. To treat this issue naturally, grind chirata and honey. Apply the mixture on your back and neck wherever pain exists when hot.
