- Take a spoonful of fenugreek seeds
- Boil it in water and sieve the mixture
- Have one glass in the morning and one in the evening for better results
- One can add black peppercorns to the water with fenugreek seeds.
- Black peppercorns are high on anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidants and help relieve pain and break down phlegm and mucus
