Yogurt is one of the best appetizers to digest food. But at night? It is strictly prohibited. Curd should not be consumed at any cost at night. Instead of curd, you can take buttermilk. Yogurt can increase phlegm defects in the body. It causes an imbalance in the body, that may lead to an excess of mucus formation in the nasal passages.
Eat less and eat slowly
If you want to lose weight, keep the following things in mind:
