1. You need to eat healthy
Healthy diet is one of the best ways to avoid any type of inflammation in the body which includes abdominal pain as well. Diets that are rich in nutrients such as fibre, minerals and vitamins tend to decrease the chances of having stomach problems. This is because these types of nutrients are easy on the digestive system helping it to ease the function.
2. Drink adequate amount of water
Another important point to keep abdominal pain away is to drink adequate amount of water in order to improve digestion and reduce inflammation in the intestines. There are many other problems that are associated with stomach pain such as dehydration, cysts, heart attack and urinary tract infection which can be prevented by increasing the intake of water and fluids in the body.
3. Eat smaller meals
Do not try to have big meals those associated with increased risk of health problems. This means avoid having oily and fatty food in the diet. Also take food in small quantities so that it is easier for your digestive system to consume it. Smaller meals increase energy patterns in the system and are able to improve overall health as well.

4. Exercise regularly
Except from diet it is also important to consume those calories and put them to work at the right places. Exercise burns down excess fat and reduces digestive and respiratory issues.
