When you are pregnant with twins, the uterus will grow as much as the belly and two times faster. This will give birth to more back pain, especially round ligament pain. The discomfort may start as early as 25 weeks and with the extra weight on the cervix and pelvis, you may have to give up physical activity a little earlier than normal pregnancy.

Get set to visit a high-risk doctor more often to ensure that you stay healthy and the babies are growing properly. After you have completed 30 weeks of pregnancy, sonograms may be required every week to ensure that the amniotic fluid levels are sufficient in your body.
Be Prepared for Early Labour
When you are pregnant with a single baby, you reach your full term in 37 weeks but, this is not the case when you are having twins. You must stay prepared to go into labour early.
Set a Feed Routine after their Birth
It will be highly beneficial to set an eating and sleeping routine for your babies. This would mean that when one wakes up for food, you can wake up the other in order to get their schedule in coordination.
