Key Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of refined oil, 2 teaspoons of black pepper (powdered), 1 ½ tablespoons of onion-garlic paste, 7-8 pieces of boneless chicken, 1 cup of usual corn flakes (crushed), 1 cup of skimmed milk, 1 teaspoon of flavoured chicken Masala
Preheat the oven to 200 °C for 20 minutes. Then, add the chicken masala to the skimmed milk and stir. Check for lumps. Next, add the other ingredients, in a separate dish and marinate the soft chicken pieces first in the milk and then in the dry mix. Ensure the spices stick to the chicken lumps from all the sides. Then, cover it and store it in a cool place for an hour. Grease the baking dish with oil. Now, sprinkle some chilli flakes and red chilli powder as per taste from the top and place it in the baking dish. Bake it for another 40 minutes at 150 °C. Fried chicken is ready!
