Sore eyes, also known as conjunctivitis, are a very widespread and common eye infection that affects people of all ages. Veg Juice
Extract juice of vegetables such as carrot, spinach and parsley. Drink these juices twice a day for quick relief.
The intake of vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acid rich foods in the diet also helps in treating sore eyes. Other factors that determine the health of your eyes are maintaining hygiene; avoid rubbing your eyes, wearing sunglasses and resting your eyes to get rid of eye sores promptly.
