Yoga Asanas To Beat Summer Heat

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Step 1: Put your feet together and keep your arms by your sides as you stand.

Step 2: Deeply inhale, then raise your arms upward with your palms facing one another.

Sitali Pranayama(Cooling Breath)

Step 2: Now, start by rolling your tongue into a tube and inhale deeply through your mouth. Try taking as much air as possible.

Step 3: Hold your breath for a few seconds and then start exhaling slowly through your nose. 

Step 4: Repeat this process for a few minutes.

Chandrasana (Moon Pose)

Chandrasana is a mild backbend that opens the chest and stretches the spine. It's a great way to unwind and relax your mind.

Step 1: Stand with your feet together and your arms by your sides to perform this pose.

Step 2: Exhale as you bend your torso to the right while maintaining an extended left arm. Lift your left arm upward and take a deep breath.

Step 3: Hold for a few moments, then take a deep breath and bring your focus back. Continue on the opposite side.

Savasana (Corpse Pose)

Viparita Karani (Legs Up the Wall Pose)

Step 1: Start by lying on your back with your legs extended up the wall. 

Step 2: Your hips should be against the wall, and your arms should be at your sides.

Step 3: Hold for a few minutes, then release.
