Yoga Poses You Should Try
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Cobra pose is one the best exercises for your spine and pelvis region. A solid core helps you maintain control over your pelvis, which can improve performance.
Step 1: Start by lying on your stomach. Now, put your hands beneath your shoulders while keeping your elbows tight to your sides and pointing straight.
Step 2: Next, relax your palms under your shoulders and spread your fingers widely.
Step 3: Prepare to elevate your upper body and head by placing your hand down and palms precisely beneath your shoulder blades.
Step 4: Lift the upper body using your hands, then lower yourself into a low cobra pose.
Step 5: For higher lifts, stretch your lower back muscles. Maintain a steady, slightly upward look. To guarantee good spinal alignment, ensure your neck is elongated in the back.
Step 6: Maintain this position, breathing in to lift a little higher and breathing out to tighten your muscles and maintain your height.
