Key Ingredients: 4 cups of stemmed and cleaned spinach leaves, 2 cups of pasta, 2 teaspoon hot paprika (optional), 1 tablespoon olive oil or refined oil, 3 to 4 tablespoons of soya sauce, 2 onions (finely chopped), 7 garlic cloves (diced), 4 cups of chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of ginger(minced), 2 tomatoes (cut proportionately)
To begin with, boil the pasta in 4 cups of water, till it is soft. Drain the water and keep it aside. Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes and ginger till they turn golden brown in colour. Next, pour the stock, soya sauce and paprika over the mix and bring it to boil for two minutes.mix spinach leaves in it and continue stirring till it becomes soft. Next, muddle the pasta in it and serve!
