Frequent Shortness Of Breath
If you frequently experience shortness of breath or you feel breathless, it should not be ignored. Exertion is fine but if you feel exerted and hard to catch your breath, it is a sign of something serious. This could be a risk factor for silent heart attack. If chest pain is accompanied, it might also be due to an underlying lung disease.
Rapid heartbeat and Chest Pain
If you suffer from chest pain and fast heartbeat frequently followed by arm pain, shoulder pain, breathlessness, etc. it could be an underlying heart problem. Spontaneous dissection of the arteries that supply the heart muscle is rare, can affect young people, and occurs more often in women than men.

Sudden weakness
If you suddenly start to feel weak around limbs and face, it could be a warning sign of stroke. You get many signals before a stroke including difficulty walking, blurred vision, confusion, loss of concentration, slurred speech, to name but a few. Immediately see a doctor to prevent stroke.
Menstrual changes
Menstrual cycle doesn’t change unless there is some hormonal imbalance going on in your body. Sudden weight loss or weight gain is a prominent sign that something is not right with your body. In most cases, abrupt weight gain signals towards thyroid and diabetes. Take into account these if haven’t change your diet or exercise routine in a long time but still experiencing these changes.
