From weight loss to muscle building, gym is often considered as the one-stop destination for people looking for transformation. Summer is usually the busiest season for gyms, as people return after the series of winter binges. There is also a belief that working out in summer helps burn double fat as you sweat more. Sweating has no connection with weight loss, it's just the way your body releases the toxins.
