2. Stone Fruits (Peaches, Plums, Cherries)

Stone fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries are juicy and delicious, but they also contain sorbitol, a sugar alcohol that can be hard for some people to digest. Sorbitol can ferment in the gut, leading to bloating, gas, and diarrhoea if consumed in large quantities.

3. Mangoes
