Spencer Lofranco was born on October 18, 1992, in Toronto, Ontario. He began his acting journey after studying at the New York Film Academy for a year, even though his father had hoped he would become a lawyer or a hockey player. He made his screen debut in 2013, playing Conrad Hartman in the indie romantic comedy At Middleton, opposite Andy García and Vera Farmiga. 

In 2014, he landed a lead role in Jamesy Boy, followed by a part in Angelina Jolie’s Unbroken, where he played Harry Brooks. Over the next few years, he appeared in seven films, including Dixieland, Home, and King Cobra. His final credited role was in the 2018 crime biopic Gotti, in which he played John Gotti Jr. alongside John Travolta.
