According to a 2020 study, a common sign of hair damage due to excessive heat is the presence of 'bubble hair.' This condition can weaken the hair and potentially lead to breakage. Microscopic examination shows uneven fraying, splitting, and breakage of the hair. Therefore, limit the use of heating tools, and harsh chemicals and invest in good quality protective products to maintain the health of your health.
