Recently, Shilpa took to her Instagram account and gave monday motivation to netizens by sharing a workout video with full energy and enthusiasm. Dressed in her gym outfit, Shilpa can be seen doing the dead curl press exercise using a barbell. 

The Rishtey actress captioned the 37 second long video clip saying, "Keep it simple, but significant...be it your life decisions or your workout routine. What may merely look simple to another person, can be a significantly effective workout routine. The Dead-Curl sure is one! It works very well on the lower body and arms. It can also be used as an HIIT Drill for Cardio. Trust me, it'll work its magic. All you have to do is perform 4 rounds of 1 min each with a rest of only 30 seconds in between; and you will know what I mean.   • Stand on your feet with a distance apart as the shoulder-width apart
  • Pick up the barbell right up against your shins
  • Keep your chest and back straight up along with the barbell
  • Press the barbell up and pause for a few seconds overhead before repeating the steps and returning back to the beginning position
