Recently, Sadhguru had share a highly nutritious breakfast recipe which you can make in just two minutes. It does not require any fancy ingredients. You can make it just with 2 - 3 ingredients: Groundnuts, banana and honey (if you want it sweet). Let’s delve into Sadhguru’s healthy breakfast recipe. 

Sadhguru’s ‘Ultimate Nutritious Shake’ Recipe

Taking to Instagram Reels, Sadhguru shared a nutritious breakfast shake recipe and called it an ‘The Ultimate Nutritious Shake’. Explaining the recipe, Sadhguru said, “Take a handful of groundnut, soak it in water for 6 to 8 hours, put it in a mixie, if you want to add some fruit you can add a banana or whatever you like. Banana goes well, you can add any other fruit. If you want, put some honey into it.” 

He further added, “Two minutes, you have an excellent breakfast ready. It takes two minutes to make it. And if you want it a little watery, add more water in it and just drink it up. You want it like porridge, you make it thick and you eat it. You will see easily it will keep you full for 4 - 5 hours and it's highly nutritious.”

In an old video, Sadhguru is seen talking about the nutritious benefits of groundnuts and bananas. 

He said, “Of all the things about groundnuts, I’m particularly passionate about groundnuts because there was a period in my life where I just lived on groundnuts and banana, that’s all. Because it has everything you need. One handful of groundnut soaked overnight and one banana, my entire day would go. I’m perfectly active, more active than most people will ever imagine.”
