In a collaboration with Borosil, actress and TV personality Roshni Chopra shared a healthy tea recipe she sips every morning. She shared that this tea is a great concoction for detoxifying your body and improving your digestion, and thus helps in achieving clear, glowing skin.

Explaining the process of making this tea, Chopra said, “To make the tea, soak these ingredients in boiling water for five minutes. Strain and sip away.” The ingredients are:

  • Grated ginger (small piece)
  • Ajwain (1 tsp)
  • Saffron (2 strands )
  • Black pepper (4-5 cloves )
  • Cloves (3-4)
  • Elaichi (seeds of 2 pods )
