Sunburn

Sea sickness
Sea sickness is a form of motion sickness which makes one nauseous and in extreme cases people experience vertigo. Sea sickness happens due to the motion of craft on water. Some people are vulnerable while others become immune to it through exposure.
Why it happens?
Seasickness happens when the balance center of our brain faces difficulty in making sense of the rocking motion of craft on water. The brain gets confused because your eyes tell it that you stationary but your inner ear tells the brain that you are constantly on the move. This is called visual disorientation.
Other factors that might lead to sea sickness are alcohol intake, fatigue, ear injury, exposure to diesel fumes and odours.
The degree of sea sickness may vary from minor uneasiness to nonstop vomiting.
