It is the most important and motivating step to set out short-term goals that can be easily achieved. Completing these goals every day can help you feel that you are not lagging in your routine and can help you keep up with your plans to slowly get back to your routine.

Doing house chores, walking to the store to buy groceries, or even just simple cardio can keep your body in tone and actively help with your routine.
