  • Invest in a good brand of green tea, as the cheaper ones may be easy on your pocket but not on your body. 

How much green tea should I consume in a day?

To ensure that you are benefitting from all the optimal nutrients in green tea, you should drink an average of 3-5 cups of green tea per day. Any more that is not necessary and could lead to side effects such as digestive problems, and anxiety. It is important to keep in mind that anything works best only when it is consumed in moderation.
