Gall bladder pain can be easily relieved with the help of pain management techniques or by dissolving gallstones that may be present in your body.
It is the pain in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen that indicates problem in the gall bladder. The gall bladder aches due to formation of gallstones or inflamed gall tissues. Do not consume greasy items such as cheese, butter, ghee or refined oil. Cut on your intake of animal fat as it has been linked to formation of gallstones. Avoid eating pizza, hamburgers and meat.
Eating sufficient amount of fresh fruits and vegetables can benefit a person suffering from gall bladder pain. The nutrients provided by fresh fruits help to dissolve gall stones, comforting gall bladder ache. Apples are considered to be the most important fruit to ease pain in the gall bladder.
Take Whole Grain Bread
According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who eat white bread are more likely to have gallstones than those who consume whole grain bread. This also indicates that the problem of gallstones can be linked to consumption of refined flour. If you do not want to switch to whole wheat bread, eat bread that includes equal portions of refined flour and wheat.
A healthy diet can help your pain to subside and may also aid in reversing the problem. If you are suffering from acute pain in the gall bladder, it may indicate the presence of too many gall stones. Get medical help at the earliest to prevent the onset of pancreatitis, which is a very painful condition and may take longer to be treated.
