Willow bark
Many different cultures have been using willow bark since years to reverse the inflammation and reduce fever. Willow bark is touted as powerful painkilling herb, potent against back pain, arthritis, headaches, and inflammatory conditions like bursitis and tendinitis. It’s anti-inflammatory properties can be attributed to salicin, the active compound which also helped formulate aspirin.
