Healthy Recipes: Egg Sandwiches
Quick to make and fun to have, sandwiches can be made interesting as always. Happy breakfasting!
Key Ingredients: 2 onions (peeled and cut into rings), 6 teaspoon of low-fat butter (melted), 3 hard-boiled eggs, 6 slices of brown bread, 1 large potato (boiled), cheese slices (6), 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 2 green chillies (chopped), salt and pepper as per taste, 1 green capsicum(chopped)
Take two slices of bread and apply a layer of butter. Then place the onion rings and capsicum slices on it. Sprinkle coriander leaves and then place the cheese slices. Add the green chillies. Place the potato and egg slices on the top and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Repeat it with the rest of the slices and serve.
Nutri-check: Unlike white breads, brown bread has vitamin E and Vitamin B and a high fibre content.
