1. Sweet Potato Chaat

2. Aloo Shakarkandi Ki Sabzi

Sweet potatoes, potatoes, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, tomatoes, ginger, garlic. Sauté cumin seeds, add spices, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. Add sweet potatoes, potatoes, and cook until tender.

3. Shakarkandi Paratha 

Whole wheat flour, boiled and mashed sweet potatoes, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander powder. Mix mashed sweet potatoes with spices. Stuff the mixture into whole wheat dough balls and roll out into parathas.
