- Herbal teas with anti-bacterial properties will be an apt food choice for monsoons to boost your immunity.
- If you are an asthmatic or diabetic, ensure that the walls of your house are not damp. Dampness promotes fungal growth.
- Don’t stay out for too long during monsoon as this will expose you to the harmful weather conditions.
- Poor sanitation is another prominent cause to spread diseases and infections during monsoons. Therefore, sanitary standards should be maintained.
