Method of making

You can make turmeric tea with turmeric powder, or you can also grind whole dry turmeric and use it in tea. Add one teaspoon turmeric powder in two cups of water. Let the mixture boil for five to 10 minutes. Take it off the gas and filter it in a cup. When it cools down a bit, add honey, black salt, black pepper powder, and ginger juice. Lemon juice can also be added for. Mixing honey, ginger, lemon and black pepper will increase the nutritional value of turmeric tea even more.
