Healhty Recipes: Fish in Garlic Dip

Party or not- if the festive hangover is still on, you surely won’t mind another traditional dish on your platter. So, slurp, while you don’t have to sin!   Key ingredients: 4 fish fillets. Spices and side ingredients: pinch of pepper, 4 teaspoon garlic paste, pinch of cumin powder and common salt, 1 tablespoon gooseberry paste, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoon soya flour (easily available in the market). To begin with, steam the fish pieces till it looks pink and soft. Mix the remaining ingredients with one cup water until it turns into a smooth paste, bring it to boil & stir it till the creamy sauce thickens and turns into its fine natural colour. Add the tender fish pieces to it. Simmer the dish for ten to fifteen minutes & you are all set to eat!
