There are some holistic foods in our Indian diet which are very essential to support body balance, let’s understand their use one by one.

1. Ghee

Ghee or clarified butter is an actually very healthy and effective to create body balance in our body. It is often taken as an unhealthy item and people believe it to be high in calories, but the truth is that ghee is a rich source of calcium and good fats. It aids in strengthening immunity, easy to digest and boost memory function. Because of all these goodies, ghee is one of foods that should be included in your diet instead of refined oils for better body balance. 

Clarified butter is also lighter than most of oils in the process of digestion, since it can be easily digested, it maintains balance in the body. 

2. Sprouted Whole grains

Another very effective food to maintain body balance is whole grains. Grains are essential for the body and should be included in the diet as a vital element. Breads made up of whole grains contain good amount of fibre in them which makes the body last longer and improves body balance as well as reduces risk of muscle problems and diseases. 5. Organic vegetables

Organic vegetables do not particularly mean those which come in the market on the name of organic. But this means vegetables that are grown in natural conditions and occurs very naturally without much effort.
