There are some holistic foods in our Indian diet which are very essential to support body balance, let’s understand their use one by one.
Dietary Tips to Improve Body Balance
1. Ghee
Ghee or clarified butter is an actually very healthy and effective to create body balance in our body. It is often taken as an unhealthy item and people believe it to be high in calories, but the truth is that ghee is a rich source of calcium and good fats. It aids in strengthening immunity, easy to digest and boost memory function. Because of all these goodies, ghee is one of foods that should be included in your diet instead of refined oils for better body balance.
Clarified butter is also lighter than most of oils in the process of digestion, since it can be easily digested, it maintains balance in the body.
2. Sprouted Whole grains
