It’s your daughter’s birthday and all she wants is a cake which has just been pulled out from a fairy land. Disappointing her that too on her birthday is not even the last thing you would want to do. Ordering a customized cake as big as the one you desire to have in order to feed all guests will cost you a fortune.
All the other arrangements for the party may be perfect but, having that perfect cake may give you sleepless nights. But, do not worry anymore. Forget all your worries and bake the perfect cake for your princess' birthday.
If you are doing it for the first time, you surely wouldn’t want to ruin the party with a dish gone wrong. Try it at least once before the party to have the perfect cake on the D-day.
Ingredients you will Need
- Plain flour—170 grams
- Baking Powder—3 teaspoon
- White Buuter—70 grams
- Milk—150 milliliter
- Raisins—30 grams
- Cashew Nuts—30 grams (chop them into fine pieces)
- Sugar—70 grams (crush them)
- Honey—1 tablespoon
- Water—125 milliliter
Sieve both flour and baking powder properly before putting it into use; this will prevent formation of lumps in the cake. Take butter and add sugar to it and mix it with the flour mixture. Make a fine paste by mixing the ingredients well. To this, add honey and mix properly.
Once a fine batter is formed, add milk, water raisins and cashew nuts and stir the mixture. Now, your batter for the cake is ready.
You will need a 2 liter cake dish to bake the cake. Line the dish with a layer of butter paper before you put the batter. This will prevent the batter from sticking to the dish. Pour the batter and pre-heat the oven at 190 degrees. Now put the batter-filled dish and let it bake for 45 minutes on the same temperature.
Once your cake is ready, put some cream and chocolate sauce on it. Top it with candies and get your princess’s name written on the cake with cream.
You are ready to present the cake and see that priceless wide smile on your daughter’s face.
