Tight hairstyles are a no-no be as the hair follicles get stressed and eventually damaged because of the excessive tension. In very extreme cases, it can even lead to traction alopecia, a condition that permanently weakens the follicle making it forever impossible for your hair to grow back.

2. Hot shower 

A hot shower always feels good but they might be a major cause behind clogged drains in the bathroom. Have you noticed? Hot water dehydrates hair strands resulting in dry, brittle hair that are more prone to breaking and falling out while washing the oils on your scalp of all the nourishment. This sends it into overdrive to produce more of the oils which gradually only lead to more hair fall.
