A new study has claimed that if you drink three to four cups of coffee every day, then can prevent diabetes by up to 25%. Scientific evidence has shown that if you drink coffee regularly or moderately then you reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
There is epidemiological evidence that the study has outlined on how coffee consumption is linked to diabetes prevention, thus saying that three to four cups would help you to curb the chances of getting diabetes.
