“Many people have a tendency to drink less water in winters, which leads them into mild dehydration without acknowledging it. Rich in natural electrolytes, such as potassium, sodium, and magnesium, coconut water helps in maintaining the fluid balance of the body,” she said. A glass of coconut water every morning can keep your hydration levels steady and prevent fatigue, dry skin, and headaches that are commonly related to winter dehydration.
