Never Drink Apple Cider Vinegar immediately after meals

You do not get the benefit of drinking apple cider vinegar before or after eating. Experts say that after drinking apple cider vinegar, anything should be eaten after a gap for at least 20 minutes.

Don't smell apple cider vinegar

People love the taste of apple cider vinegar, so often people smell it before drinking so that they can prepare themselves to drink it. But do you know that smelling apple cider vinegar can be dangerous for you for health? Yes, sniffing apple vinegar can damage your lungs. So, only drink it and don't smell it.

Do not drink apple cider without mixing in water

Apple cider vinegar is acidic, hence, one should drink it after adding water (dilution), so that it could nor damage the enamel of your teeth. Never drink it directly from a cup or glass, as it should not come in contact with your teeth. The right way to drink it is with the help of straws (pipes). Also, note that do not brush after drinking the apple cider vinegar (for at least 30 minutes).

Excess use of apple cider vinegar can be dangerous for health. So drink up to 2 teaspoons a day and that too after dissolving in a glass (300 mg) of water. In the beginning, you should drink less than this.

Apple cider vinegar- Don't drink before sleep

Apple cider vinegar should never be consumed before bedtime. This can cause problems in your esophagus, which can cause problems like heartburn, chest pain, vomiting, sour belching. Apart from this, it can be dangerous for your health. So if you drink apple cider vinegar at night, drink it 30-40 minutes before bedtime.
