Exercise Regularly

Well, exercising is pretty much the solution to everything. No wonder exercise can improve the quality of your sleep. Caffeine keeps you up because it is a stimulant. It has been reported that those who drink coffee take twice as long to go to sleep than those who don’t.

We all want to compensate for the missed sleeping hours during the weekend.  For every hour missed on a weekday, you would want to sleep more on the weekend but don’t. Instead, make a bedtime routine and stick to it.
