Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for 15 minutes, till it turns into a smooth paste. Check for lumps. Now, layer the baking tray with oil and place dollops of the batter in it. Place it in equal distance. Place the chocolate chips on it from the top and bake it in 185 °C in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve it with warm milk!
