Soya and fitness have been considered to be comrade-in-arms since decades. Discover yet another way to have it.
Key Ingredients: 500 mL water, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic sauce, salt as per taste, ½ cup soya chunks/ granules
Sauté the ginger-garlic sauce in refined oil for a minute or two. Next, boil the soya in water and squeeze the water out. Keep it in a separate dish. Mix the remaining ingredients in that dish along with the soy granules. Simmer the dish for the next 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream on it!
Nutri-Check: Soya indirectly, prevents the brittling of bones and replaces and heals damaged bone tissue. It is extremely rich in proteins as well.
