    I have been fat for so long and mostly because of my bad eating habits, I generally tend to eat a lot. These pointers though sound a little like they may nor work, yet I would like to give them a try. They are definitely very interesting and I have started to use these techniques already. Smaller plates and eating with spoons and forks are very fascinating indeed, I hope they work!

    While making purchases, make "healthy choices" Then when you are hungry reach for a healthy snack, fruits or munch on salad or a carrot. While you will get the best of nutrients you will also cut down unnecessary calories. A handful of nuts is also healthy but not more than a handful.
