Exercises in the current times means lifting weights and building biceps, everything else goes for a toss. It is disheartening to see people walk into a gym and head straight for the weights, hold your horses friends. Regular exercises makes you stronger and tougher, do you often feel so tired at the end of the day that you do not even have time to give to your family? You need aerobic exercises, and in the beginning it will be very difficult, but slowly and steadily you will start having greater stamina and endurance. Over the long term there can be nothing better than aerobic exercises, try it to believe it.
