    I couldn't agree more with the writer, people 'workout' these days just by merely lifting weight, there is no aerobic. Forget about aerobic there isn't even any free hand exercises. Aerobic exercises have a lot of benefits and modern day workouts concentrate a lot on this. I have been working out for about eight years now and I have only recently started doing aerobic exercises. I want to convey a message to all those who are working out, and that is a nice reminder to do more aerobic exercises.
