Want To Get A Sculpted Face? Perform These Yoga Exercises

Yoga poses, pranayama and other practices that can create pressure on the face due to its alignment are referred to as facial yoga. You may be confident that when you perform the next poses, it will significantly contribute to helping you achieve that beautiful glow and get a sculpted look. To achieve a sculpted look without cosmetic enhancements or surgery, adopt the techniques listed in this series by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, Founder of Akshar Yoga Institutions , Himalaya Yoga Ashrama, World Yoga Organisation.

Surya Namaskar

A salute to the Sun is known as the Surya Namaskar. Eight asanas in all, divided into twelve steps for the right and left sides, make up the Surya Namaskar. These are called sun salutations as these are performed before sunrise.

Your body will be under your control, your mind will be at ease, your energies will be balanced, and your consciousness will be at peace as a result of this.

Surya Namaskar is a potent mindfulness-enhancing exercise. With consistent practise, you will approach every work with great attention and consciousness. You can start with 11 cycles initially and gradually move to 21 cycles a day.

Pranayama Technique – Kapal Bhati

Additionally you can also include pranayama techniques like Anulom Vilom, Khand and Kapal Bhati pranayama.

These breathing techniques are great for relaxation of the mind. Practising them regularly will help not only for weight loss but it also helps to cleanse your system from the inside thus giving you a sculpted and glowing look.

Start each of these breathing techniques by sitting in a relaxed position, such as the ardhapadmasan, padmasana, or sukhasan. Straighten your back, close your eyes and focus on the pranayama.

Siddha Walk

This is an ancient yogic practice which boosts physical, mental and spiritual health. There is a scientific approach to siddha walk based on infinity or shape of 8. You are supposed to form shape 8 while walking from South to North direction. You must do this for 21 minutes to reap the benefits.
