 The following symptoms may be caused by malignant pericardial effusions:

  • Dyspnea
  • Cough
  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing while lying flat
  • Swelling in the upper abdomen
  • Hiccups
  • Extreme tiredness and weakness
