Talking more about the 13-year-old cricketer, he adds, “For young athletes, a diet rich in high-quality proteins and good carbohydrates is essential. They should focus on developing explosive strength, agility, and core strength early on. Weight training helps improve bone density and overall strength for performance on event day. A well-structured training routine that allows for flexibility during off-seasons is important. Additionally, sleep quality and hydration are crucial at all stages.”

It can be assumed that the teenager will bring a new wave of enthusiasm and skillsets that would be a delight to watch for the audience. Earlier it was Allah Ghazanfar, from Afghanistan who made his debut in IPL 2024 but got no limelight.
