Making waves for his fashion choices, his enviable lavish lifestyle, and his long list of celebrity friends, he is not making headlines for his recent weight loss of 17 kgs. 

Revealing this during his wild card entry in BiggBoss, Orhan, or as netizens know him, Orry, shared with Salman Khan how he was 74 Kg in January and is now 51 Kg. Here are some of the exercises he has shared on his Instagram that may help you lose weight and gain muscle mass.

Weighted Dips

Weighted dips mainly target the chest, triceps, and shoulders. They help in losing weight by burning calories by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, mainly the chest, triceps, and shoulders, contributing to overall fat loss. Incline Bench Press
