Vanilla Soy Smoothie with Flaxseeds

For one serving of vanilla soy smoothie with flaxseeds, which includes 13 ounce smoothie, you will need:

  • 250 ml vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
  • ½ cup frozen peaches without artificial sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar


How to prepare— Combine all the ingredients and process in the blender until it becomes smooth.

Nutritional Value— Per serving of vanilla soy smoothie including flaxseeds will give 285 calories to your kid. Including 100 mg of sodium, 50 grams of carbs, 28 grams of sugar, it provides zero cholesterol. Vanilla soy smoothie has 7 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat.


Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Shake

For two servings of chocolate banana peanut butter shake, you will need:

  • 2 cups full-cream milk
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate instant breakfast mix
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 4 ice cubes

How to prepare— Blend all the ingredients to desired consistency and pour in glass to serve.

Nutritional Value—
Per serving of the shake contains whooping 406 calories. It contains 241 mg of sodium, 45 grams of total carbohydrates, 16 grams of protein and 24 mg of cholesterol.
