How to prepare homemade skin polishers?

Our whole body is covered with skin and we all need to take good care of it. The dead skin and oil tend to form a cover on the skin and body polishing is done to remove these dead cells and oil from the skin. Polishing helps to keep the body firm and supple with moisturizing ingredients. The process is also effective in reducing the damage caused by sun exposure to make you look healthier. Here are a pair of skin polishers which can easily be made at home:

tips to get glowing skin

Citrus sea salt polish

Mix a half-cup of sea-salt, four tablespoons olive-oil, five drops of orange essential oil and three drops of lemon essential oil together, and apply to the skin. Gently scrub the mixture into your face in circular motion and after some time, rinse it off with cold water; this works as an exfoliator, a moisturiser and a refresher for the skin.

Brown sugar and jojoba oil

Mix a half-cup of jojoba-oil, one cup of brown sugar and one tablespoon of orange together before adding 4-5 capsules of vitamin E. Gently scrub this mixture into your face in a circular motion and allow it to dry for some time;  wash it off with cold water.
