
Do you love coffee? Then there is good news for you.
Some studies have shown that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The risk of developing diabetes is reduced by as much as 60%. The exact mechanism by which coffee has a positive effect on diabetes risk is not known.
But if you do not have coffee you need not start drinking as there is no formal recommendation regarding coffee as a means to decrease the risk of diabetes.
