“Rosemary contains potent antioxidants, including carnosic acid and rosmarinic acid, which help combat oxidative stress and inflammation in the body”, said Dr Chaudhary. By neutralising free radicals and reducing inflammation, rosemary tea supports heart health and helps prevent the oxidation of Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, commonly referred to as 'bad' cholesterol.

Dr Chaudhary added, “The liver plays a crucial role in cholesterol metabolism, producing cholesterol and clearing excess cholesterol from the bloodstream.
