- One cup of cashews and dates finely chopped

- Half cup grated coconut
- One pinch of rock salt
- One tbsp virgin coconut oil
How to make dates, coconut and cashew ladoos?
- First of all, soak the dates in water for 1 hour.
- Now in a food processor, mix cashew nuts and grated coconut well (by mixing).
- Now add dates, salt and virgin coconut oil and mix well, until a sticky mixture is ready.
- Next, take small scoops of the mixture on your palms, and make small balls.
- Now keep these laddus on a baking tray and freeze them for at least 1 hour.
- After this your laddoos are ready and you can enjoy eating them.
