Dates, Cashew and Coconut Laddu Recipe

Ingredient

  • One cup of cashews and dates finely chopped
  • One cup cashew nuts
  • Half cup grated coconut
  • One pinch of rock salt
  • One tbsp virgin coconut oil

How to make dates, coconut and cashew ladoos?

  • First of all, soak the dates in water for 1 hour.
  • Now in a food processor, mix cashew nuts and grated coconut well (by mixing).
  • Now add dates, salt and virgin coconut oil and mix well, until a sticky mixture is ready.
  • Next, take small scoops of the mixture on your palms, and make small balls.
  • Now keep these laddus on a baking tray and freeze them for at least 1 hour.
  • After this your laddoos are ready and you can enjoy eating them.
